Our Seaside Villa Key Biscayne is located in the south of Cape Coral and invites you to enjoy a dream vacation.
The vacation home is situated on a directly on a water canal, and has its own boat dock. The Gulf of Mexico can be reached in a short time from here.
The house has 2475 sqf of floor space and was renovated in 2022. It is bright and modernly furnished, inviting you to linger and feel at home. The living room features a Roku TV smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and German TV.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area with high ceilings and panoramic windows, 2 dining areas, and an open kitchen.
The bedrooms are equipped as follows:
Master bedroom: King-size bed, Roku TV Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and more. Private master bathroom with two sinks, shower, bathtub, and separate toilet with its own door. Direct access to the pool.
Guest room 1: King-size bed, Roku TV, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc., private master bathroom with two sinks, shower, and toilet.
Guest room 2: Queen-size bed, Roku TV, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc.
Guest room 3: Two single beds.
Guest rooms 2 and 3 share the third bathroom. This has two sinks, a toilet, and a shower and has its own access.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The large pool area with its infinity pool and whirlpool is particularly beautiful. The pool is electrically heated, measures 32,8 feet x 18 feet and is 6,5 feet deep at its deepest point.
The mosquito-free pool area, thanks to the cage running all around it, offers you relaxation in every season.
The south-facing pool area allows you to enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. Four deck chairs for relaxing and a large gas grill leave nothing to be desired.
The covered outdoor dining area seats six and is ideal for dinner at sunset or a leisurely breakfast in the quiet morning hours.
The house's garage is also available for use upon request.

Prices per night, after the 2nd guest each additional guest 22$/night in low season. High season different.
Cleaning fee $300, Electricity charge $18/night, management fee 5,0% of rental price
Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 6 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded. Only specify in the written rental contract.
All cost types includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax!
