US$1,500 Booking Discount for a 2027 Stay

The Sponsor is responsible for running the giveaway and for granting the promised discount.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, of a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area, of Switzerland, or of the United Kingdom. Residents of Italy are not eligible.
Entrants must have reached the age of majority under the laws of their place of residence. An Instagram account is required.
Entrants who have reached the age of majority but are under 25 may enter. If the winner is under 25, a companion aged 25 or older must make the booking for the joint trip. The winner must personally take part in the stay.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins when the related Instagram giveaway post is published on September 28, 2026.
The entry deadline is Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. German time (CEST). This corresponds to 5:30 p.m. UTC and 1:30 p.m. EDT in Cape Coral.
Only comments posted under the original post within this period will be considered.
4. How to Enter
To enter, post a comment under the Instagram giveaway post naming the month in 2027 in which you would like to travel.
Entry is free. No booking, purchase or payment to the Sponsor is required. A booking does not increase the chances of winning.
One entry per person. Additional comments or multiple Instagram accounts do not increase the chances of winning. Following, sharing, tagging other people or signing up for a newsletter are not required to enter.
Entries are accepted only under the original Instagram post. Facebook comments, direct messages and replies to Stories do not count as entries.
By entering, entrants accept these Official Rules.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a one-time booking discount of US$1,500 on a new vacation home booking made through Seaside Vacation Rentals LLC. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is US$1,500.
The discount applies to all vacation homes offered by Seaside and to all travel dates in 2027, subject to actual availability. There is no minimum booking value and there are no blackout dates for this giveaway.
The entire stay must take place between January 1 and December 31, 2027. There is no separate booking deadline; the booking must be completed before the stay begins.
Bookings that were already confirmed before the winner is notified are excluded.
The prize is not transferable.
6. Redemption and Remaining Costs
The prize is exclusively a discount on a booking. It cannot be paid out in cash, including any unused remainder.
The discount is deducted from the confirmed total booking price. If that price is less than US$1,500, the discount is limited to the actual booking price. Any excess amount will neither be paid out nor carried over to another booking.
The winner is not obliged to book. To use the discount, however, a booking is required. The winner must pay the remaining price after the discount.
The winner must mention the prize when requesting the booking. The discount will be shown in the booking confirmation. The Sponsor does not charge any processing fee for redemption.
The prices shown by Seaside already include 11.5% taxes; these are not added again. The daily electricity flat fee covers all electricity usage, including pool heating; there is no additional usage-based electricity charge.
Any refundable security deposit that is required and shown separately is not replaced by the discount. Travel to the destination, flights, rental cars and other personal travel expenses are not part of the prize.
Any taxes on the prize itself (for example, income tax) are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor may request information to the extent necessary to comply with statutory tax reporting or withholding obligations.
A specific home or specific dates are not guaranteed. Actual availability and the property-specific rental terms communicated before the contract is concluded apply.
The rental agreement is concluded with the respective property owner in accordance with the booking terms. This does not affect the Sponsor's responsibility for the prize.
7. Drawing and Winner Notification
Within seven calendar days after the entry deadline, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Every eligible entry has the same chance of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified exclusively by Instagram direct message from @seasidecapecoral, the account that published the original post.
The selected entrant must reply within seven calendar days after the message is sent. If there is no reply or the entrant is not eligible, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor may request information needed to verify identity, age and residence and to redeem the prize. No payment will be requested to confirm a prize.
Beware of fake accounts: The Sponsor will never ask for payments, credit card details, passwords or for clicks on external links. Messages from other accounts announcing a prize do not come from the Sponsor.
8. Cancellation and Rebooking
The cancellation and rebooking terms validly agreed at the time of booking apply to the accommodation. Entering the giveaway does not constitute a booking and does not create any cancellation costs.
A booking may only be changed to a stay that still falls entirely within 2027, subject to availability.
If the winner cancels a booking to which the discount was applied, the discount may be used once more for a new booking with a stay in 2027. Cancellation fees are calculated on the basis of the price after the discount.
If the property owner cancels a booking, the discount remains fully available for a replacement booking with a stay in 2027.
The discount itself will not be refunded as a cash amount. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Tampering, Early Termination and Statutory Rights
Entries that are demonstrably manipulated, bots, automated mass comments and identity misuse may be disqualified for a verifiable, documented reason.
Arbitrary changes to the prize, the odds of winning or the entry requirements after the start of the giveaway are not intended.
If the giveaway cannot be properly continued for reasons beyond the Sponsor's control – for example because Instagram deletes the post or the account is suspended or taken over by third parties – the prize will be drawn from the eligible entries received up to that point, to the extent they can still be determined. The Sponsor will announce this on its Instagram account.
Mandatory statutory rights of entrants remain unaffected. This applies in particular to consumer rights and to liability claims that cannot be excluded. Access to the courts is not excluded across the board.
10. Privacy
The controller responsible for data processing in connection with the giveaway is Seaside Vacation Rentals LLC at the address and email address given in Section 1.
The data processed include, in particular, the Instagram username, the entry comment and any necessary communication. For the winner, name, contact details, proof of eligibility required for verification and information needed for redemption may also be processed.
The data are processed to run the giveaway, determine and notify the winner, prevent misuse and grant the discount.
Where the GDPR applies, processing necessary to carry out the giveaway is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where necessary, processing is also based on legal obligations under point (c) or on legitimate interests in preventing misuse and defending legal claims under point (f).
Entering does not subscribe entrants to a newsletter and does not constitute consent to any additional advertising. The winner will only be named publicly with separate consent or where required by law.
Instagram also processes data under its own privacy policy. Comments are publicly visible in line with the visibility of the post.

Where provided by law, entrants have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
11. Instagram and Facebook
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any claims and liability arising from this giveaway. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
