From the moment you arrive, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and the unmistakable feeling of a Florida vacation.

Living and Entertainment

The spacious living area is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. A TV with German-language programming and a high-quality Sonos sound system provide excellent entertainment. You can also stream your favorite music directly from your smartphone.

The outdoor area features an additional TV and Sonos speakers. The indoor and outdoor sound systems can be synchronized or operated independently.

Every TV in the villa—including those in the living area, outdoor area, and all three bedrooms—is equipped with Roku Smart TV. This gives you access to a wide selection of streaming services and apps, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Max, and YouTube. Roku also offers numerous free live TV, news, weather, and entertainment channels.

For paid streaming services, simply sign in with your personal account. The availability of individual services and content may vary depending on the provider, subscription, and region.

Pool, Spa and Sunny Outdoor Area

Thanks to the villa’s southern exposure, you can enjoy sunshine throughout the day in the spacious pool area. Relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers, cool off in the pool, or unwind in the spa.

A special benefit: Pool heating is included in the rental price. This allows you to enjoy a comfortable water temperature even on cooler days without any additional pool-heating charges. The pool and spa are also inspected and maintained weekly by a professional pool service.

The pool area additionally features an outdoor shower and a separate restroom with a sink.

Ideal for Boaters

Seaside Villa The Sanibel is also an excellent choice for boating enthusiasts. From the villa’s private boat dock, you can reach the open waters of the river within just a few minutes and begin exploring Southwest Florida by boat.

Waterfront Dining

Enjoy relaxed meals with family and friends while overlooking the canal. The outdoor kitchen with a gas grill is ideal for preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the fresh air.

The indoor kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, and a large refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser.

Three Comfortable Bedrooms

The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a Roku Smart TV, and direct access to the pool area. It also connects directly to the private primary bathroom.

The primary bathroom includes two sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a bathtub.

Two additional guest bedrooms provide plenty of space for family and friends. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the other has a king-size bed. Both guest rooms are equipped with Roku Smart TVs.

The additional guest bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity.
