Our Seaside Villa The River is in a perfect south-facing location, right at the entrance to Cape Coral. There is therefore a short connection to RSW airport, and a variety of stores, bars and restaurants can even be reached on foot or, if you prefer, by bike.

Both sun-seekers and boat lovers will be delighted!

As soon as you enter this exclusive, fully air-conditioned villa, you will be delighted by the light-flooded living area with its 13-foot-high ceilings and gallery. The over 4300 square feet of living space offers enough room for 4 people.

The view over the Caloosahatschee River as far as Ft. Myers gives you a feeling of peace and freedom. Harmony is the fitting expression for the perfectly coordinated design of the furnishings.

The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms with TVs, three of them with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed, as well as 4 bathrooms.

One master bedroom is located on the first floor and three further bedrooms are on the upper floor.

The high-quality furnishings, matching ceramics for walls and floors, the first-class fittings and lights, as well as the tastefully chosen decorations emphasize the exclusivity of this villa.

The villa impresses with various details, such as a wine fridge downstairs and upstairs, a fireplace in the living area, which you can set to either hot or cold air and much more.

The fully equipped indoor kitchen and the large outdoor kitchen are equipped with modern electrical appliances from Bosch and it will be a pleasure to prepare your breakfast or your favorite dishes here. You can choose to enjoy your meals at the elegant dining table, the stylish breakfast bar or on the covered terrace.

On the upper floor there is a small coffee kitchen for preparing your morning coffee, which you can then enjoy directly on the spacious balcony with a fantastic view over the river. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset here.

Comfortable sun loungers are available for you to relax on directly by the fantastic pool area with whirlpool or on the large balcony. Find your favorite spot!

The huge summer kitchen on the terrace is equipped with everything your cooking heart desires. A large grill, fridge and sink as well as a bar table for an additional 4 people. The whole thing offers you enough space to spend the whole day outside and have a good time.

A special highlight is the lighting of the 645 sq ft moonlight pool in the evening, with changing colors. There's nothing better than enjoying a drink or glass of wine in the comfortable lounge, letting your gaze wander and simply daydreaming.

Dolphins and manatees swim right past the villa and can be easily observed from here.

The riverfront location of the villa makes it ideal for boaters to be in the Gulf of Mexico in no time at all. A boat can easily be moored at the boat dock. There is an outdoor shower directly below the boat dock and a second outdoor shower in the pool area.
