The Seaside Villa Lemon Bay impresses especially with its excellent location. In just a few minutes you are by boat directly on the Caloosahatchee River.
The vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which offer space for a total of 6 people. The house is therefore very suitable for couples as well as families due to its excellent facilities for children and babies. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a 40" TV. The first guest room has a queen size bed and a 30" TV. The second guest room is furnished with two twin beds.
The living room has comfortable seating and a 50" TV. Here you will also find enough space to relax and enjoy.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. It is additionally equipped with all the utensils and spices needed for cooking with the whole family and offers a great view of the pool area.
The outdoor area of the villa is also very cozy with a seating area, a dining area for 6 people and four loungers and thus offers plenty of seating and lounging options to relax by the pool and spa of the house. The pool and whirlpool can be heated electrically if desired. On the terrace you will also find a large gas grill.
In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room of the villa. Free wifi is of course also available. The villa has garage and air conditioning in all rooms.
To keep leaves, grass and insects away, the terrace area including the pool is protected by a cage (insect net).
Beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs are available for a trip to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers Beach.
The in-house three bicycles, two kayaks and a golf bag may of course be used free of charge.

Es war unsere 5. Villa in Florida und die erste über Seaside und wir sind vollauf begeistert über die Organisation und Betreuung vor Ort. Wir konnten uns hervorragend in der ruhigen Villa erholen. Die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub mit Seaside! Als Ergänzung: ein defekter Sonnenschirm wurde direkt am nächsten Morgen getauscht.... Service pur!

Tolle Lage mit schönem Pool!
Vielen Dank, dass wir in unserem Florida Urlaub in der Villa Lemon Bay eine Woche verbringen durften! Das Haus liegt sehr nah am River und auch so zu allen Restaurants & Bars ideal! Man war sofort auf dem Del Prado Blvd und konnte jedes Ziel schnell erreichen. Das Haus hat einfach alles was man benötigt! Super schön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegte Zimmer! Hier ein großes Lob an das Reinigungspersonal! Es war sehr sauber und auch schön dekoriert! Was unseren Kindern extrem gefallen hat, dass der Besitzer, alles aufgehoben hat! Es gibt glaube ich nichts, was es in diesem Haus nicht gibt! Jede Menge Spielzeug, Strandwagen, Surfbretter, Stühle, usw. Es gibt sogar einen künstlichen Weihnachtsbaum! Der Pool mit dem Whirlpool ist auch sehr groß und schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wunderbare 6 Tage in der Villa Lemon Bay
Wir waren Mitte Dezember 2021 in der Villa Lemon Bay als Teil unserer nachgeholten Hochzeitsreise aus 2020. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben es sehr genossen. Bei knapp 30 °C haben wir viel Zeit am Pool verbracht und uns sehr gut erholt. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und von einem Cage umgeben. Die Villa ist komplett klimatisiert, was bei guten 90 % Luftfeuchtigkeit sehr angenehm war. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet an was man nur denken kann, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der persönliche Kontakt zu Seaside Cape Coral war per Telefon, Email und persönlich absolut hervorragend. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.
