Our Seaside Villa Key Biscayne is located in the south of Cape Coral and invites you to enjoy a dream vacation.
The vacation home is situated on a directly on a water canal, and has its own boat dock. The Gulf of Mexico can be reached in a short time from here.
The house has 2475 sqf of floor space and was renovated in 2022. It is bright and modernly furnished, inviting you to linger and feel at home. The living room features a Roku TV smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and German TV.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area with high ceilings and panoramic windows, 2 dining areas, and an open kitchen.
The bedrooms are equipped as follows:
Master bedroom: King-size bed, Roku TV Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and more. Private master bathroom with two sinks, shower, bathtub, and separate toilet with its own door. Direct access to the pool.
Guest room 1: King-size bed, Roku TV, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc., private master bathroom with two sinks, shower, and toilet.
Guest room 2: Queen-size bed, Roku TV, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc.
Guest room 3: Two single beds.
Guest rooms 2 and 3 share the third bathroom. This has two sinks, a toilet, and a shower and has its own access.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The large pool area with its infinity pool and whirlpool is particularly beautiful. The pool is electrically heated, measures 32,8 feet x 18 feet and is 6,5 feet deep at its deepest point.
The mosquito-free pool area, thanks to the cage running all around it, offers you relaxation in every season.
The south-facing pool area allows you to enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. Four deck chairs for relaxing and a large gas grill leave nothing to be desired.
The covered outdoor dining area seats six and is ideal for dinner at sunset or a leisurely breakfast in the quiet morning hours.
The house's garage is also available for use upon request.

Auch als Wiederkehrer mehr als zufrieden
Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal mit Seaside Cape Coral gebucht und uns diesmal für die Villa Key Biscayne entschieden. Die ruhige Lage und Ausstattung hat uns sehr angesprochen und vor allem der Pool hat uns sehr angetan. Alle Funktionen wie z.B. Beleuchtung, Temperatur und Wasserfall konnten sehr einfach per Fernbedienung eingestellt werden. Bei Fragen hat man prompt eine Antwort erhalten. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Ferienhaus war äußerst sauber und gut gepflegt, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We liked most everything about this home, it was clean and well equiped. We used the pool and or hot tub daily found it so relaxing. The management company was attentive and easy to work with. Will stay here again.

What a delightful vacation we had staying here in this beautiful house. The place was very clean, everything you need during our stay was provided. The pool was great!! The setting on the canal was relaxing. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this rental.
Dream holiday house
We spent 3 weeks in the villa Key Biscayne. It was a perfect house for our precious holiday. There was absolute everything you could imagine to make your stay an unforgettable one, and even more, and all of very good quality. We were positively surprised finding at our arrival some basic stuff in the house, such as coffee caps or tea bags, sugar, spices etc. The rooms were spacious and the beds of outstanding quality. The BBQ was easy to use and easy to clean (important for me to use it often). The infinity pool was amazing and there were many different pool toys for the kids. Our two-year old enjoyed the pool every day as it could be heated. All in all we had such a relaxing and wonderful time that we plan to come back as often as it will be possible.
Wonderful Holidays
We stayed for two weeks and spent wonderfull days in this lovely place. It has everything you need: swimming pool, big screen TV, a big fridge, all kitchen equipment you need (i loved the big coffee machine, the mixer,...), the rooms are beautiful with perfect air-conditioning. The view over the river from the big swimming-pool (including all swimming tools for children) is great. You have a calm neighbourhood. We made lovely barbecue with the grill with fish that we caught in the sea. A boat is included which brought a lot of fun to the family. In case of any questions, the housekeeping is very helpful. The rooms are more than clean. The garage is really big - even for our big car. Thank you very much. We came from Germany - and really loved it. We will come back definetly next summer.
