Thanks to its southern exposure, private heated pool (pool heating included), and direct boat access, you can experience that true Florida vacation feeling in a quiet, sunny setting.
The large, bright living area forms the heart of the villa. Generous windows provide plenty of daylight and a beautiful view of the outdoors. For the best entertainment, two additional smart TVs are available here – ideal for cozy evenings or relaxing hours in between.
The outdoor area features a large pool, separate pool bathroom, outdoor TV, gas grill, and a fantastic view of the canal. Your boating vacation begins right outside your front door at your own boat dock with boat lift and tiki hut – you can reach the Caloosahatchee River in just a few minutes by boat.
The villa offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms – perfect for families or friends.
All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs (Roku TV with all popular streaming services):

Prices per night, after the 2th guest each additional guest 18$/night in low season. High season different.
Cleaning fee $325, Electricity charge $18/night, management fee 5,0% of rental price.
Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 7 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded. Only specify in the written rental contract.
All cost types includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax!
