Welcome to our beautiful Seaside Villa Coral Point, which was completely renovated in 2023. The villa has been repainted inside and out and completely refurnished. The villa has a perfect location with south exposure overlooking the canal and the opposite mangroves. So privacy is guaranteed here. In just a few minutes you can reach the open river by boat. From the pool area, the great location is further enhanced by the large heated saltwater pool. The sunsets can be admired here especially well from the heated whirlpool or the lounging area in the pool.
Those who don't feel like cooling off can enjoy the spacious pool area with family and friends under the covered and shaded seating area, and in the evening use the gas grill to prepare dinner.
The interior of Seaside Villa Coral Point also leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen has a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and there is seating for up to 8 people in the dining area, as well as 4 chaise lounges at the breakfast bar. For coffee lovers, there is a regular filter coffee maker and additionally a Nespresso Vertuo.
The open and modern living area with high ceilings is equipped with two armchairs and a sofa with otomanes as well as a high-quality 75 "Smart TV. A Sonos soundbar provides the appropriate sound.
From here, the stairs lead to the separately located master bedroom upstairs, which is equipped with a king size bed and also a 50" Smart TV (Programs via Roku and Samsung TV). The highlight is the private balcony with a wonderful view of the River and the mangroves. The directly adjacent modern master bathroom has two vanities, a walk-in shower and a separate lockable toilet.
The second master bedroom on the first floor is also equipped with a 55" Smart TV (Programs via Roku and Samsung TV), offers direct access to the pool area and has a king size bed. The directly adjoining master bathroom is equipped with two vanities and the separately lockable shower and toilet.
The third bedroom with direct access to the pool is equipped with a queen size bed and without TV, but with a desk. In front of it, but not directly connected to the bedroom, is the third bathroom with access to the pool with vanity, toilet and shower.
The fourth bedroom has no TV, but it has a bunk bed with two single beds.
There is a high chair and travel cot for the little ones and pool toys & floats and board games for the slightly older ones. For the trip to the beach there are still two beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
With this perfect location with only 0.4 miles to the open river, renting a motorboat is almost a must. Please contact us for more information.

Very beautiful home.
Thanks for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time and everything looks as is pictured. The kitchen had everything you need. The queen bedroom and the room with bunks are located right by each other and shared a bathroom. It worked out wonderful the other family with little kids. Location was great with a Walmart about a mile away. The neighbors very friendly on our walks. Very beautiful home.March 28th-April 4th '26
Amazing Stay in Cape Coral
We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and is as shown in the picture. The property manager was available to help if we needed anything. He was so helpful and timely. The house is great for multiple families given that it has two primary bedrooms. A couple of highlights:- we had asked if it was possible to have a couple more wash clothes and got them same day!- we were there during unseasonably cold temperatures and yet the pool heater helped to make our vacation fun for the adults and kids!- we brought our own games but couldn't help but learn a new game (Ticket to Ride) or put together a new puzzle that was available for us. Thank you. Everything was great and would recommend.
Just awesome
This property was beautiful inside and out, very clean and well kept. The owner was fast to respond with any questions. We went on a vacation with some friends got to see manatee, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and visited a few spots recommended in the binder set out for us. Overall 10/10 stay.looking forward to another visit and would highly recommend.
Eine Villa die keine Wuensche offen laesst
Diese Villa hat uns beim befahren der Hofeinfahrt bereits gefesselt. Was fuer ein imposanter Anblick, grosse Doppelgarage und wundervoller Vorbau vor dem Eingang. Das innere selber laesst absolut keine Wuensche offen. Es war ein wahnsinnig tolles Gefuehl in dieser Villa Gast sein zu koennen. Eine einfache Weiterempfehlung waere tatsaechlich nicht gerecht. Das ist eine absolute Wucht und sehr hoher Weiterempfehlung, denn neben dem toll ausgestatteten interior ist ja auch sehr zu erwaehnen der Aussberich mit dem grossen Pool und integrierten Whirlpool. Der Urlaub begann von der ersten Minute an. Empfehlung 5 Sterne + ! Danke.

Wonderful
This beautiful home is exactly like the photos. Everything is clean and new. The lanai is amazing! We spent most of our time there. Tried to book it again for next year but already booked. The property manager Florian was very nice and most accommodating.
Wohlfühlparadies
Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Die Inneneinrichtung ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage am Kanal mit direktem Ausgang zum Caloosahatchee River ist ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Boot. Sauberkeit und Pflegezustand des Hauses waren vorbildlich, und die Betreuung durch das Seaside Team perfekt. Wir genossen nicht nur die voll ausgestattete Küche (Jetzt wissen wir auch, was ein "Egg hammer" ist :-), sondern auch den sehr großzügigen Pool und natürlich den Hot tub. Die gemütliche Lounge Ecke ist ideal, um den Sonnenuntergang zu erleben. Dieses großzügige Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen und wird für uns in unvergesslicher Erinnerung bleiben.
