Welcome to our Seaside Villa Cape Landing. This vacation home in Cape Coral not only impresses with its quiet location.
The west-facing, electrically heated pool is ideal for watching the sunset and swimming a few laps. There is also an outdoor shower and direct access to one of the bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. For the safety of children, there is a fold-up pool fence.
Of course, there is also a cozy outdoor area with a gas grill and comfortable seating.
Inside the Seaside Villa Cape Landing, you will find everything you need for a perfect Florida vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, spices, blender, coffee maker and everything you need for a barbecue.
The living area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and comfortable seating.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is equipped with a king-size bed, Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and direct access to the pool area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, two sinks and a separate toilet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels).
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and shares a bathroom with the first guest room.
Beach towels and a cool box are available for trips to the beach. The garage offers space for vehicles and can of course be used. Three bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area (e.g. tennis courts nearby).

Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 6 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded. Only specify in the written rental contract.
All cost types includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax!

Wonderful Home
We stayed the week before Christmas and it was wonderful! The neighborhood was nice, as soon as we walked in we felt at home. The house is light and beautifully furnished. The music playing was a nice touch. There was everything we needed from cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, towels and extra blankets for relaxing on the couch. The pool was heated and we spent most nights eating dinner on the patio. The kids swam every day. The location is close to everything. We checked out Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach, Lovers Key as well as nature preserves and trails. The house had beach towels and chairs as well as buckets for playing in the sand. There are cute restaurants and ice cream shops close by. We also toured the neighborhood on the bikes. E will definitely be back.

Mom of the Family
It’s our last night of vacation and I’m already starting to plan our next stay here. It’s all the comfort of home with a vacation atmosphere. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Perfect house for relaxing
We rented the house for a week in August with my parents and son. It was the perfect fit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We enjoyed that it was bright and nicely finished. Most furniture looked fairly new. Plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Nice clean grill to cook on. The house is in a residential area but a short 5-10 minute drive to most stores and restaurants and 25 minutes to Sanibel Island. Pool was great. Filter runs on a timer and starts midmorning and runs to the evening. Patio area is large and relaxing! We will definitely be back.

Spacious and Inviting
The house offered everything we needed. Plenty of towls, wash rags, sheets, etc. The kitchen had a lot of dishes and plenty of pots and pans. The property was clean, however, it could use some updating. The patio was great and offered plenty of space for dining and relaxing by the pool. We were able to have family over and it felt like home being able to cook on the grill and eat at a large table. The pool seems to be on an 8 hour timer which cycle on and off with the pool heater. We stayed in December and the pool heater ran everyday for 8 hours with the pump. This can really run up the electric bill. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay overall.
