Villa Aventura is an upscale, contemporary and spacious home located in Cape Coral. The superb location on a Gulf access canal means it’s a short trip by boat until you are on the Gulf of Mexico, exploring the beautiful islands and beaches.
The property features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, offering accommodations for up to eight guests, ideally suited when travelling with family or other couples. Creating a special atmosphere, sliders lead from the open great room / kitchen area to the pool, which can be heated upon request. On the covered patio, you’ll find a Weber gas grill and a dining set for eight. The home also provides washer & dryer, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher, plus two TVs and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy air conditioning in every room.
The patio and pool area are protected by a screen enclosure to keep leaves, grass and bugs out. A half bath and outdoor shower can be found by the pool. To enjoy your morning coffee, the lanai is a perfect spot. The home is a good choice for golfers, with several golf courses only 10 – 15 minutes away by car. A public tennis court and a playground are located within walking distance. The popular Cape Harbour community with its restaurants and charming little shops can also be reached by foot. Other restaurants and the Publix supermarket are within easy reach as well.

Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 6 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded. Only specify in the written rental contract.
