Welcome to our Seaside Villa Aqua. The vacation home is located directly on Fort Myers Beach and is only a 3-minute walk from the beach.
The electrically heated infinity pool with directly connected whirlpool in a south-facing position is perfect for enjoying the sunsets over Fort Myers Beach. A breathtaking experience. Thanks to the outdoor kitchen with gas grill, every barbecue evening or breakfast with freshly brewed coffee at sunrise with friends and family will be an unforgettable experience.
Inside, Seaside Villa Aqua impresses with its high-quality furnishings and amenities, high ceilings, and incredible amount of space. The first floor features the kitchen, living area, guest bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, pool area, and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including freezer compartment, spices, a blender, a Keurig coffee machine, a regular filter coffee machine, and everything you need for barbecuing.
The adjoining living area features a smart TV with YouTube TV, offering countless TV channels, series, and sports channels.
The private master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is furnished with a king-size bed, smart TV with YouTube TV, and direct access to a private balcony. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathtub, two sinks, and a separate lockable toilet.
The three additional bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. There is also a separate coffee/tea kitchen here. All floors are accessible via the building's elevator.
The second bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a smart TV with YouTube TV. The adjoining bathroom has a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a smart TV with YouTube TV, and a private balcony.
The fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a smart TV with YouTube TV, and direct access to a private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink.
Another highlight of the Seaside Villa Aqua is its own small observation tower, which can be reached via a small staircase and is equipped with a workspace. However, with this breathtaking view of Fort Myers Beach in all directions, especially at sunrise or sunset, we can't imagine anyone coming here to work.
On the ground floor, there is also a garage with space for one car, equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Four bicycles, two kayaks including life jackets, two SUPs, and beach chairs.
There is also a game room with seating, a pool table, a dart board, and an adjoining bathroom. There is also a covered outdoor area with an outdoor shower (ideal when coming from the beach) and a ping-pong table.

The remaining amount is to be paid 60 days before arrival.

A pre-authorization of €854 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
Prices per night, after the 4th guest each additional guest 26$/night in low season. High season different.
Cleaning fee $400, Electricity charge $25/night, management fee 5,0% of rental price.
Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 7 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded. Only specify in the written rental contract.
All cost types includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax!
