Prices per night, after the 2th guest each additional guest 20$/night in low season. High season different.
Cleaning fee $400, Electricity charge $18/night, management fee 5,0% of rental price.
Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 7 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded.
All cost types includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax!
