The stylish tropical décor creates a vacation atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Four cozy bedrooms (three with king-size beds, two with smart TVs, one with a queen-size bed), two modern bathrooms, and an open, light-filled living and dining area with two sofa sets, a large armchair with footstool, a spacious dining table for up to ten people, and a large TV await you in 208 m² of fully air-conditioned living space. Free WiFi is available throughout the house.
The fully equipped kitchen is a real highlight for cooking enthusiasts: in addition to a classic coffee machine, you will also find a Keurig capsule machine including free capsules, a Ninja blender, a margarita maker, a high-quality panini grill, a waffle iron, and a slow cooker.
An refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher are also included, of course. The large pool area, which is surrounded by fly screens, offers pure relaxation where you can soak up the sun all year round without being bothered by mosquitoes. The free heated pool is maintained weekly and offers the best water quality at all times.
Directly adjacent, a covered dining area with seating for ten people invites you to enjoy a cozy meal outdoors – especially atmospheric at sunset. Seven comfortable lounge chairs and a large gas grill round out the outdoor amenities.
Sports enthusiasts will also be well looked after: a pickleball court and a tennis court are located in the immediate vicinity and are within easy walking distance. For water sports enthusiasts, three kayaks (two for adults, one for children) with life jackets are available – ideal for excursions directly from your own jetty. And fishing enthusiasts can also get excited: the villa has its own boat deck from which you can fish – all the necessary equipment is provided.
Families with children are well catered for: a high chair, a travel cot, a baby playyard and a complete beach set (parasol, folding chairs, beach towels and sand toys) leave nothing to be desired. Nature lovers and animal enthusiasts will also get their money's worth: right on your doorstep, you can observe turtles, iguanas, alligators, and – in season – even eagles in neighboring nesting sites. Binoculars and birding equipment are available for this purpose. The adjacent Yucca Pens Unit State Wildlife Park is ideal for long hikes, wildlife watching, and exciting nature experiences.
The villa's central location also makes it an ideal starting point for excursions throughout Florida. You can reach Tampa in about 1.5 hours, Orlando with its world-famous theme parks in about 2.5 hours, and Miami or West Palm Beach are also about 2.5 hours away.

GREAT!!
First, the pictures are spotted on. The home is really lovely. Very clean. We felt very safe in the home and neighbourhood during our stay of almost 4 weeks. It is quiet at night with relatively little day traffic.We enjoyed our days lounging by the pool. Occasonally we saw a few turtles and even a gator swimming by the small lake. We enjoyed the quiet evenings of peaceful waters on the lake. As far as getting some rest and relaxation it was the righ place for us. The home is short and easy drive from some nice reataurant and shopping locations. From Fort Myers it was an easy 40 minutes drive, if we will stay in Cape Coral again would we stay here again ??Yes we would. Seaside Property was easy to communicate with, they did everything we ask for. We had a great time, thank you very much!!!! and hope to see you soon!!!

Everything was wonderful. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable, the pool was fantastic. Enjoyed all the wildlife and the gator that we watched daily. Caught some fish. Traumurlaub
Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa zu Gast und hatten einen absoluten Traumurlaub. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool beheizt , das Haus angenehm gekühlt, Leihwagen in der Garage, Küche bestens ausgestattet, Himmelbetten in jedem Schlafraum, was will man mehr. Die Betreuung war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung, ich hoffe, wir kommen auch noch einmal hier her. Viele Grüße

Ich habe das Vergnügen, eine Bewertung für das Ferienhaus Villa Key West in Cape Coral zu schreiben. Ich muss sagen, dass ich von diesem Ferienhaus begeistert bin. Zunächst einmal ist die Lage wirklich super. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser und kann die Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Aber nicht nur das - das Haus selbst ist wirklich top ausgestattet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt bequeme Betten und tolle , schöne Badezimmer. Ich denke, dass dieses Ferienhaus absolut seinen Preis wert ist. Besonders die Pool Area ist hervorzuheben mit der BBQ Ecke. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Jederzeit wieder . Danke
great tropical stay!
We were probably the first tenants and are thrilled! A lovingly and tropically designed Florida villa with a fantastic view, in which we felt very much at home. We could really enjoy the sun and go kayaking a lot. There are enough sun loungers and four really comfortable cushions and enough towels. We didn't miss anything and are already looking forward to our next stay! Thumbs up!
