Villa Princess is a two-story vacation home on the Caloosahatchee River in southeast Cape Coral, Florida, with an electrically heated infinity pool and a hot tub on the river side. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a half bath, it's set up for up to 8 guests. The Master Bedroom is on the ground floor and opens directly onto the pool area.

The House

Built in 2016, the villa offers about 3,241 sq ft of living space with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The ground floor holds the Master Bedroom – king bed, pool access and a bathroom with two sinks – a queen room with its own bathroom and a half bath. Upstairs, the queen room (direct access) and the king room (via the hallway) share a bathroom; both have balcony access. Anyone who'd rather skip the stairs can sleep downstairs, which makes the house a good choice for multi-generation families.

The pool area faces east toward the Caloosahatchee River. The infinity pool and hot tub sit on the large lanai inside a screened enclosure, and a heat lamp takes the chill off cooler evenings. Add a dining table for 8, a seating area, four sun loungers, a gas grill and an outdoor shower.

Location and Surroundings

Villa Princess sits on SE 22nd Place in southeast Cape Coral, right on the Caloosahatchee River. The nearest supermarket is an 8-minute drive; Downtown Cape Coral is about 10 minutes away, the Cape Coral Yacht Club about 15 and Cape Harbour about 20. Downtown Fort Myers takes around 25 minutes, while Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) are each about 35 minutes by car. Four bikes are ready for rides around the neighborhood; for the beach and the airport, plan on a rental car.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, both the infinity pool and the hot tub are heated – pool heat is included at no extra charge.

Can I dock a boat at the house?

Yes, the dock can be used, e.g. for a rental boat; the boat lift can't yet. No kayaks are provided.

How far is the beach?

Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are each about 35 minutes by car, and beach gear is provided.

Is the house suitable for toddlers?

There's a pool safety fence, two baby gates, a baby float and sand toys. A high chair and travel crib are not provided.

Can we come as a larger group?

Yes. Neighboring Villa King and Villa Pearl on the same street can be booked as well.

Is smoking allowed? Are pets welcome?

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Pets are not allowed.
