Bright Living Space and Modern Comfort

The open living area is the central gathering place of the villa. Large windows and views toward the pool, yard and canal create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

A 65-inch Smart TV is available in the living room. In addition to the Smart TV features, local programming can be received through over-the-air antenna television. Cable TV is not provided.

The entire home features modern wood-look tile flooring. There is no carpet anywhere in the villa, giving the interior a clean, attractive and contemporary appearance.

High-speed Wi-Fi and central air conditioning provide additional comfort throughout your stay.

Fully Equipped Kitchen, Grill and Griddle

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for relaxed vacation meals. Amenities include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender and toaster.

For outdoor cooking, guests can use both a traditional gas grill and a separate griddle. The large flat cooking surface is ideal for preparing pancakes, eggs, vegetables, burgers, steaks and other vacation favorites.

The separate outdoor dining area is protected by a screen. It provides a comfortable setting for breakfast, dinner or a relaxed barbecue with family and friends.

Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms

The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed. A Smart TV with over-the-air antenna reception is also available in this room. The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom offers a twin-size single bed and is ideal for a child, teenager or individual guest.

A second bathroom serves the two guest bedrooms.

Very Large Pool without a Screen Enclosure

The outdoor area is the signature feature of Seaside Villa Paradise Point. The new heated pool is exceptionally large and provides plenty of space for swimming, playing and relaxing. A spa and several attractive water features complete the spacious pool setting.

The pool area is intentionally open without a pool cage or screen enclosure. This provides unobstructed views of the Florida sky, expansive yard and wide canal. The open design creates a direct connection with the tropical surroundings and offers a particularly authentic Florida outdoor experience.

Thanks to the villa’s southern exposure, the outdoor area is perfectly positioned for enjoying the Florida sunshine. In the evening, relax in the spa and end the day beneath the open sky.

Expansive Yard and Waterfront Activities

The exceptionally large yard creates a wonderful sense of space and makes the villa’s canal setting even more enjoyable. From the pool and patio, guests can take in beautiful views across the property and the wide canal.

Two kayaks are available for exploring the waterways. A Cornhole game in the outdoor area provides additional entertainment for family and friends.

Comfort throughout Your Stay

The garage is available for guest use and provides protected parking directly at the property. A washer and dryer are also included.

Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board are provided. Pets are not permitted at the villa.
