With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room for up to eight guests, it is a welcoming retreat for families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy Florida together.

The outdoor area combines waterfront living with relaxing hours around your private pool. Enjoy a swim in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or simply watch the river drift by. Passing boats add to the scenery, and with a little luck, you may even spot dolphins or manatees.
Whether you prefer a leisurely breakfast or an evening barbecue, the terrace provides a lovely setting to spend time outdoors and enjoy the villa’s special location.
Four bedrooms for restful nights
The villa offers four bedrooms, each equipped with its own Smart TV:
- Three bedrooms each feature a king-size bed.
- The fourth bedroom has a full-size double bed.
Three bathrooms provide added convenience when traveling with family or several couples.
Cook, relax, and spend time together
The spacious living areas offer plenty of room for relaxed vacation days and time together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and enjoy your stay at your own pace.
There is plenty to keep everyone entertained: enjoy a game in the separate billiards room, work out in the fitness room, or settle in for a movie on the large-screen TV. The Sonos music system lets you enjoy your favorite music throughout the house. Wi-Fi and three-zone air conditioning add to your comfort.

The villa’s location directly on the Caloosahatchee River is one of its standout features. Enjoy wide water views and experience Cape Coral’s waterfront scenery right outside your door.
Please note: There is currently no boat dock available at the property.
Restaurants and shopping are easily accessible by car. For a change of scenery, explore the surrounding area, spend a day at the beach, or enjoy a round at one of the region’s golf courses.
Comfort throughout your stay
A washer and dryer are available, making longer stays convenient.
The daily electricity fee covers all electricity use, including pool heating. There are no additional usage-based electricity charges.

Notes
Prices per night, after the 2th guest each additional guest 23$/night in low season. High season different.
Cleaning fee $400, Electricity charge $25/night, management fee 5,0% of rental price.
Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 7 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded.
All cost types includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax!
