Unsere klimatisierte Seaside Villa The Sanibel begeistert nicht nur durch Ihre Südausrichtung, sondern auch durch Ihre helle und freundliche Inneneinrichtung. Ab dem ersten Urlaubstag lässt Sie das Strandgefühl nicht mehr los. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich ein TV inkl. deutschem Programm und Sonos Soundsystem worüber sie auch direkt Musik von ihrem Handy Streamen können. Auch im Außenbereich befinden sich ein TV und Sonoslautsprecher die sie synchron zum Innenbereich oder einzeln betreiben können.
Genießen Sie den ganzen Tag die Sonne im Poolbereich. Entspannt auf den vorhandenen Liegen oder zur kleinen Abkühlung im Pool oder Spa, welche wöchentlich durch einen Poolservice kontrolliert werden. Und sollte sich die Sonne mal nicht zeigen, ist beides auch auf Wunsch auch beheizbar.
Auch für Bootsfahrer eignet sich die Seaside Villa The Sanibel hervorragend. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie vom vorhandenen Bootsdeck den offenen River. Bei Interesse an einer Bootsmiete, sprechen Sie uns gerne an.
Genießen Sie mit Freunden und Familie Ihr Abendessen mit Blick auf den Kanal , welches Sie entspannt an der Außenküche mit Gasgrill zubereiten können. Die Küche im Haus ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien wie Besteck, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine und einem Kühlschrank mit Eis- und Wasserspender ausgestattet.
Das Master-Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize Bett und direktem Zugang zum Pool und zum Master-Badezimmer verfügt über einen TV. Im Master-Badezimmer finden sich zwei Waschbecken, eine große begehbare Dusche und eine Badewanne.
Zwei weitere Gästezimmer bieten ausreichend Platz für Familie und Freunde. Eins der Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das andere über ein Kingsize-Bett. In beiden Gästezimmern ist ein TV vorhanden. Im zusätzlichen Gästebad befindet sich eine Dusche, ein WC und ein Waschtisch.
Der Poolbereich verfügt zusätzlich über eine Außebdusche und ein separates WC mit Waschtisch.
Die Seaside Villa The Sanibel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich die Garage steht leider nicht zur Verfügung.

Awesome stay at Villa Sanibel! 🌞
What a wonderful, sunny, and eventful week we had once again in this fantastic Villa Sanibel! Our stay was perfect in every way - enjoying the sun in the pool & whirlpool, fishing and watching dolphins in the sea, and exploring the beautiful golf courses nearby! There are also great shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. The villa is very lovingly furnished and absolutely recommended for enjoying a family vacation in Cape Coral! Sandra

It was awesome!
My husband and I enjoyed our 5 weeks at this lovely home! I enjoy cooking and was very happy with how well put together the kitchen is. We especially appreciated the south-facing pool and large lanai area. Florian, the property manager, was always very responsive and always made sure any questions or needs were immediately taken care of. We would suggest any property he manages as he is so very attentive and willing to make your stay the best it can be! Some of our kids and 22 month old grandson came for a visit and all enjoyed the home, walk to the park, Cape Harbour and all the area offered. The pack n play was complete with sheets and comfy mattress pad and appreciated how clean it was and was safe for our grandson. We are picky when it comes to cleanliness and organization. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone considering a stay in Cape Coral!
Ein Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt
Zu 4 haben wir unsere Tage in Cape Coral verbracht und waren mit dem Haus mehr als zufrieden! Das Haus hat uns sofort überzeugt mit einer grandiosen Lage und einer guten Ausrichtung, wer die Sonne liebt wird hier seinen Spaß haben. Wir haben während unserer Aufenthalts nichts vermisst, eine voll&gut ausgestattete Küche+ Outdoor Küche, sehr Bequeme Betten & ein tolles Ambiente! Die Möglichkeiten Cape Coral über das Land sowie über den Kanal zu erkunden waren Grossartig. Der eigene Anlegeplatz vor dem Pool lädt geradezu ein um sich mit einem Leihboot, Kanu oder anderem Fortbewegungsmittel zu erkunden. Die Vielfalt der Meeresbewohner ist unglaublich, mit etwas Glück kann man Delphine, Rochen, Haie, Manates und vieles mehr Hautnah erleben. Nicht zu vergessen, die Mangroven liegen direkt vor dem Pool, diese lassen sich bei geringem Wellengang super mit den beiliegen Kanus erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca.4min). Sollten wir wieder eine Reise nach Cape Coral planen wird das unsere erste Anlaufstelle sein! Mit „einfach unglaublich“ möchte ich mein Review abschließen den Nix ist zutreffender. Jonas

July 2023 Review
A family of 5, staying for 2wks in July 2023. Check in/arrival was smooth, with guest support available as needed. Villa is furnished to a warm and comforting theme, well appointed, and is one of the few villa's we stayed at where nothing additional was needed. Open plan layout is good, pool and dock area very nice places to be at anytime, between road and boat trips. Good help with boat rental for the vacation period, and plenty to do locally, but also found it easy to travel to Tampa, Orlando, and Cape Canaveral from this location. Would certainly consider to stay again, even without the kids!

Villa Sanibel 🌞
Villa Sanibel - a place you never want to leave! For the second time, I enjoyed the summer holidays in Cape Coral for 10 days with my family and had a wonderful stay in this lovely furnished Villa. Here you can just feel good - start the day in the heated large outdoor pool & whirlpool, explore beautiful beaches like Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island & Captiva Island (maybe you can see dolphins) and enjoy the evening with a delicious barbecue at the outdoor grill. We had a great stay at Villa Sanibel & can absolutely recommend it!

Heike Esenwein 31. October 2022: …Villa The Sanibel, a house where you feel comfortable from the first moment. We, a couple from Germany, spent our vacation here in April/May. The villa has been lovingly furnished by its owner. The maritime ambience runs charmingly through the whole house and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. We both particularly liked the bar at the outdoor kitchen, where we drink our first coffee in the morning sun and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. We are avid golfers and can only recommend a golf holiday here in this beautiful setting. For passionate anglers, like my partner, there are many opportunities on the edge of the mangroves or in front of the islands (Captiva Island, Pine Island and Sanibel Island) to land a fish or two.

Villa Sanibel - on the sunny side of vacation ...
... this is how we (couple from Germany) felt in this beautiful house during our golf & fishing week on Cape Coral. The house is sparkling clean and in very good condition. All devices such as washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are self-explanatory and easy to use. Large quantities of clean bed linen and towels are available. The technology for the pool and whirlpool worked perfectly and easily. In general, we had the impression that Villa Sanibel is more a private house with a very cozy feel-good atmosphere, then a holiday home. I loved the sunrises with my first coffee at the private boat launch right on the canal. We enjoyed the boat trips to Cape Diva and Sanibel Island and "our" fishing spots not far along the mangroves (I forgot the name of the spot... sorry ...). For us as golfers, the location was also perfect: Coral Oaks, Shellpoint or Palmetto Pine, as some examples, are wonderful places to play. We loved going to the really good restaurants in the area in the evenings. But we even preferred the outdoor kitchen with the beautiful view of the sunsets on the water, threw our caught fish on the grill and enjoyed our sundowner in "our" private paradise. In the end we realized: One week was too short and we very much wish to come back to this beautiful place. Thank you Andrea and Thomas for your very good preparation and always prudent and noticeable support whenever we needed them.
