Our Seaside Villa Southern Bell is located in the southeast of Cape Coral. From the villa, you can reach restaurants, grocery stores, the beach and the Cape Coral Yacht Club in just a few minutes. Inside, the Seaside Villa Southern Belle impresses with modern furnishings and generous space (2142 sqf). The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV with Roku TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix, as well as a Bose sound system.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has a blender, microwave, filter coffee machine, and side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice cube dispenser. The adjoining dining area offers enough space for six people.

The master bedroom, with direct access to the pool area, is furnished with a king-size bed, a 55-inch smart TV with soundbar (including Roku TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix), and its own modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a bathtub. The toilet also has its own door.

The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and a 52-inch smart TV.

The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and shares the guest bathroom with the second bedroom. The bathroom and bedrooms are not connected. The guest bathroom for the two guest rooms is equipped with a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a toilet, and offers direct access to the pool area.
